How to apply eyeshadow?

I want. To use a toon of bright colors.. My face is a little chubby.. And I have a copper like deep brown eyes and brown hair. Normally I use black pencil liner or pink liquid or sometimes green. How should I do my eyeshadow so it looks really nice? Or eyeliner tips pls. By the way I'm 14How to apply eyeshadow?

First, it's always good to have some concealer before you start, I prefer to dab my eyeshadow (that way it doesn't fall into my face and ruin my foundation.) I highly recommend Barry.M Eyeshadows, they are beautiful, bright and the glitter always adds a perfect touch. Dap your eyeshadow on the crease of your lid, which forms a smokey eye affect. Slighty smudge with a finger, I always like to use the same eyeshadow for the bottom of my eye.

Apply eye shadow on your lid for starters. Then you can get creative with the crease by adding a darker color. Put some of the dark eye shadow in the outer corners in a v-like shape. Wear a light eye shadow under your eyebrow as a highlighter. Be sure to blend all of this lightly with a brush or a sponge-tipped applicator.
IM THE SAME WAY BUT BLUE EYES AND BLACK HAIR. BUT I USE BLAK LIQUID EYELINE TO MAKE CAT EYES, THEN WITH BLACK PENCIL I LINE THE PINK PART OF UR BOTTOM LID, I USE HIGH LITER (WHITE) SHADOW UNDER MY BROWS AND OCCASIONALLY I USE THIS NEON PALETTE OF EYESHADOWS BETWEEN THE HIGHLITER AND THE EYELINER. ITS PRETTY BOLD BUT IM BOLD. :] PS IF U LIKE THE MORE NATURAL LOOK THEN PUT PINK BLUSH BROWN EYELINER AND WHITE SHADOW ON UR LID
