To apply eyeshadow , first tilt your chin up as high as possible %26amp; then look down your nose . Take your eyeshadow brush loaded with your eyeshadow %26amp; brush on your eyeshadow so that the shape of your eye is being '; traced . '; You can leave it like that or fill it in if you want to . For mascara , gently pull up your eyelid and bring the mascara brush as close to your eyelash roots as possible %26amp; then gently sweep upwards until you get to the tips ; repeat until you get every eyelash .
