How should i apply black eyeshadow with out it looking overdone and hooker-ish? And, any suggestions of good products to use?How should i apply black eyeshadow with out it looking overdone and hooker-ish?
Use a very soft, feathery medium sized brush, and just swipe it across the eyeshadow block a couple times, depending on the concentration of the powder. Then just lightly sweep over the eyelid and under the browbone for extra emphasis. :) Rimmel has some nice black shadow; you can get it at Wal-Mart. Yay Wal-Mart!How should i apply black eyeshadow with out it looking overdone and hooker-ish?
Ok! You know the little crease right above your eyelid??? Well just apply alittle bit of the blk eyeshadow to the corners of your eye only and then just rub it in with your finger. It'll give you a mysterious look! You lOvE it! I know I do!
Hey I just saw an article on this. This is a step by step guide so try this site: http://beauty.ivillage.com/makeovers/mak鈥?/a>
Apply a thin line ...but before u do that put on a lighter shade ...like a pearly colour....then blend it in w/black.....dont over do it....less is more...
Apply thin line of it very low on your eyelid, right above your eyelashes, and smudge. Don't overdo it, is all I can say.
just put a little bit on
use a brush intead of the sponge tip and put it on lightly and do it with the utmost care. If it is not dark enough put a little more, and stop adding when you think you're satisfied.
iv been wondering 2 send me the best answe love ya
I say dont use black at all kinda weird if you ask me
THE KEY IS TO BLEND.........IF IT ENDS UP LOOKING TOO DARK, ADD A WHITE EYESHADOW AND BLEND SOME MORE..CREATES A NICE SMOKY LOOK!
dont do 2 much on you do it w/ a make up brush or something
put on very little
Maybe you could try using a thin line of liquid eyeliner instead.
Try using the creamy liquid eyeshadow it tends to blend into your skin giving you a more natural look.
apply a light pretty color at the bottom and the black on top
it depends on the effect you are trying to get if u are trying to add depth to your eyes put a thin line right in the crease of your eye lid or if you are trying to line around eye lashes put some on the very tip of your brush and lightly line the top lashes and the bottom but dont put it on too heavy if you over do it take a light neutral color and reduce it i hope this helps. good luck
i use black and gray allot for my eyes, my advice is to use three shades. one base, one on the crease that's a little darker and black on the corners, blend.
try a light color on urself, dont put too much on now, breath and make urself look awsome!!
I think you should use it lightly and you can use covergirl make-up
black eyeshadow is pretty severe...if using only on your lids that is fine but if you want that smoky effect i would go with a dark charcoal grey slightly above the crease in your eye and black liner on the lid it will look less hookerish and still acheive the desired effect try mac, you can go in the store and they will show you how to apply it to get the desired effect and which colors would look best on you plus you can try before you buy! P.S. dont forget to extend the eyeshadow a little bit past the corners of your eyes for the exotic cat eye look! go get em tiger
You should do a smokey eye with the black shadow! Go to Mac and they can help you!
Mix a little bit of grays and whites but don't over do it. Try the small application of it and carefully cover your lid.
well u can ask somebody who applys make up well or get other make up and try to look better hey who needs eyeshadow
you should try applying it on with a brush, and little by little, black is kinda hard to smudge off if you mess up, and put it on the corners of your eyes, and the rest with a lighter shade, and then finish off with with a white shadow under your brow bone.
