I just bought some Black eyeshadow with a silver sparkle.What is the best way to apply it?How can I apply Black Eyeshadow without looking like a hooker?
put white on top, like the upper part of your lid

To get a smoky eye look you should line the top and bottom lashes with eyeliner and blend upward with your finger. Then apply the shadow over the eyeliner and brush it up into the creases. Keep the rest of your face neutral so you won't look like a clown. Like wear a clear or pink lip gloss and maybe a little bit of blush.
Keep your makeup as subtle as possible,if you're going apply black eyeshadow-don't use eyeliners or lipgloss so you won't look cake on with makeup.





Also-don't slap on heaps of foundation,keep it natural.if youre going to make your eyes stand out,keep your features more subtle.

Put it on very lightly, just let the sparkles shine. You put it on to heavy you will look like i don't want to say. If your light or medium tone very lightly. If your dak skin stay away from it. Hope that help good luck.

the dark color goes in the crease of your eye and blend, the lit color goes on lid and or under eyebrow--good luck
