It's called an eyeshadow primer and you can find some at drugstores (L'Oreal De-Crease), some at department stores (MAC has some), or stores like Sephora (Urban Decay's Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Insurance). Good luck!
they are called primer you can find them at sephora avon target ulta some cost alot some don't its according where you buy it from hope this helps
