How do i apply eyeshadow?

How do i apply eyeshadow under my eye like near the bottom part of my eye under the bottom lid and my eyelashesHow do i apply eyeshadow?
its easier to apply colored eye liner on the bottom. if you apply a thin line that matches your eye shadow it will look really good. you can also use shimmer eye liner and random colors. but if that does not work for you. you can use a Q-Tip to apply a very thin line of eye shadow. hope that helped (:How do i apply eyeshadow?
a small angled brush would probably work best and then blended with a q-tip. but if you don't want to spend money put the eyeshadow applicator sideways and do it that way.
use a Q-tip and go alone the eyelash line (not in your eye!)
turn your applicator side ways and go across try to do it thin or you could try a light eye liner...Hope i helped!!
